Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. General Policy

​

Refunds are only available before any work has begun or before any third-party services have been purchased or activated.
 

Once work has started or third-party services have been secured, no refunds will be issued.

 

2. When Refunds Are Allowed

 

You may request a refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

​

 A. No Work Has Started

  • No design, development, setup, or planning work has been completed.

  • No initial drafts or concepts have been produced.

  • No project hours have been used.

 

B. No Third-Party Services Have Been Purchased

 Refunds are allowed if we have not yet purchased or activated any external services on your behalf, including but not limited to:

  • Business email accounts (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

  • Domain names

  • Hosting plans

  • Plugins, templates, or premium software

  • Website security packages

  • Digital service bundles

 

If any of these have been purchased, refund eligibility is void because these services are non-refundable to us.

 

3. When Refunds Are Not Allowed

 

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances if:

  • Work on your website or project has already started

  • Any third-party services have been purchased or activated

  • Delays are caused by the client (missing content, communication delays, etc.)

  • The client changes their mind after work has begun

  • The client is dissatisfied with a design after receiving initial drafts (revisions will be provided according to the agreed package)

 

4. Deposits & Advance Payments

 

All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once:

  • Work begins, or

  • Third-party services are purchased

If you request a refund before any work or purchases have begun, we will refund the amount paid minus any transaction or administrative fees charged by payment processors.

 

5. Cancellation of Projects

 

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains payable.

 

6. Processing Time

 

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
